It’s time for our first in-studio retreat!
Join us for a day of renewal, where we will focus on nourishing yourself, owning your beauty, and building your confidence on and off the mat.
We begin the day with tea and morning meditation, followed by a private yoga class with Bikram master teacher Robbin Farrell. Lunch and nutrition workshop with Brittany Barton includes a delicious discussion about developing a nourishing diet that is best for you and your digestion. The following afternoon session includes break-out workshops with beauty specialist Trudy Miller, Bach Flower therapist Jessica Senecal, and Bikram Yoga master teacher Rebecca Causey. Every session is 30 minutes, allowing you to experience all of three!

- 9:30-10:00 Guided Group Meditation
- 10:00 – 11:30 Private Yoga Class
- 11:30 – 12:00 Savasana & Renewal
- 12:00 – 1:30 Lunch with Nourishment Talk
- 1:45 – 3:30 Break-Out Sessions (a circuit of three 30 minute segments).
- 3:40 – 4:00 Closing Meditation & Gratitude

Bikram Yoga Park Slope is hosting “Running Yogis,” a group of dedicated runners and yogis led by BYPS instructor, Natalie Phelps. We will meet at the Lefferts studio at 6 p.m. every Wednesday starting September 23rd and run for approximately 60 minutes around Prospect Park and the surrounding neighborhoods, returning to the studio in time to take the 8 p.m. class.
Sunday Meditation (BYOD – Bring Your Own Drum)
BYPS student Esme Serafiel will be leading a meditation circle every Sunday evening starting at 8 p.m. at our Lefferts studio.
Monthly Nutrition Salon Series
Every month culinary nutritionist Nancy Campbell will be leading a nutrition class specifically themed to our practice and the time of year. We had a great time on Tuesday, September 22 at 7 p.m. at our Lefferts studio. Get the recipes here!
